Lehmann posted to her 16 million followers on Instagram after her side saw off pressure from Sweden to win 1-0 in the snow. Lehmann said: "Big fight yesterday, so happy with the 3 points and so proud of the team."
In the post, Lehmann included a video of her running, her nose bleeding, to get treatment. Commenting on her post, Ireland international and former Aston Villa team-mate of Lehmann's, Rusha Littlejohn said: "So brave, so strong, so sexy."

Switzerland shocked the footballing world as they beat World Cup semi-finalists Sweden 1-0 in snowy conditions. It was the first points Switzerland have managed to pick up in their Nations League campaign after 5 games in what is their first victory since defeating the Philippines in the World Cup. The result also has dire consequences for Sweden, who will now not be competing at next year's Olympic Games.
